This Privacy Policy applies to Jaxx Liberty (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a non-custodial digital asset wallet software provider that has been officially discontinued and withdrawn from the market as of March 27, 2023. As a result, the Services are no longer active and no new access, downloads, or features are provided.

The Company was headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and operated under the applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada, including Canadian data protection and privacy legislation.

This Privacy Policy describes how, during the period in which Jaxx Liberty was operational, personal data was collected, used, and disclosed.
